But, you should investigate the issue. It will help you to know the real problem. You can use a rational approach when you are identifying the problem. You can even ask yourself several questions.   • Weigh the Alternatives:

  • Choose An Alternative Decision:

In this step, you will choose the best alternative solution. The background information and alternatives will help you to make the best decision. It is the decision that meets your expectations.

  • Take Action:

In this step, you will act on the decision you have made. You should make an effective plan to work on the decision. It will also help you to achieve your target. You can apply this plan across your organization to achieve your goals.

  • Review Your Decision:
